CAD & Design

Engineering that happens before the wire gets hot.

Every job starts as a file. Our design team turns drawings, samples and sketches into cut-ready geometry — so the first part off the machine is the right part.

Process

Drawing review, then a cut path you can trust

We treat design review as part of quoting, not an extra. Before tooling, you get a confirmation drawing showing dimensions, tolerances, material grade and finish.

  • Free design review with every quote request
  • Confirmation drawings issued before production
  • Tolerance and draft-angle advice for moldable parts
  • Revision history kept on file for repeat orders

Capabilities

What our design desk handles

Profile drafting

We draft molding profiles, radii and returns to match existing architecture or your architect's detail sheets.

Sample reverse-engineering

Send a physical part or a broken piece of trim. We measure it, redraw it and reproduce the profile.

File compatibility

DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, STL and PDF drawings. We flag geometry that can't be cut before you're billed for it.

Nesting & yield

Parts are nested into standard block sizes to cut material waste and keep unit pricing down.

Already have a file ready?

Email your DXF, STEP or PDF drawing and we'll review geometry, confirm material and quote it back.
